We were in desperate need of someone to come out and check our unit. After returning home from our vacation, we walked in the house only to realize the it was 83° at 7 a.m. when the thermostat was set at 72°. With a 9 month old and 2 dogs, there was no way we could wait 2 weeks for someone to "fit us in". My home warranty sent me to them after having issues with a prior service company. And Sean G came out and took the time to explain the challenges with meeting expectations in a home warranty. After a few minutes he found the problem and showed me options and reasons to upgrade my system. Well i learned freon is being phased out and my warranty will be ordering and shipping and needed materials to xtreme heating and that would be very time consuming . Being its summer and i didnt want to wait I decided to upgrade threw xtreme. All i can say is WOW . They new system runs great !!! My air flow has improved and look forward to see how much my utility bills drop. Its very clear to me that his crew really cares and did everything to make me comfortable during the whole process. They cleaned up great and got me running the following day!!!
